The Champagne Le Clos Parcellaire Millésimé Rosé Extra Brut by Tristan Hyest is one of the most refined and distinctive expressions of rosé champagne produced by the small, yet renowned, Tristan Hyest maison. Located in the heart of the Champagne region, this maison is famed for its dedication to excellence and for adopting meticulously cared-for production methods, which include the use of grape varieties grown with biodynamic practices and a philosophy of minimal intervention.

This rosé champagne is a vintage, indicating that all the grapes used were harvested in the same year, capturing the essence of that specific harvest. The cuvée is predominantly made up of Pinot Noir, with a small addition of Chardonnay, which gives structure and freshness to the wine.

The color is a delicate peach pink, with fine and persistent bubbles, promising quality and finesse with each sip. On the nose, it develops intense aromas of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of floral notes and a subtle vein of sweet spices and toasted bread, thanks to the long maturation on the lees.

On the palate, the Le Clos Parcellaire Millésimé Rosé Extra Brut is complex and layered, with a lively freshness balanced by a soft creaminess that envelops the palate. The notes of red fruit blend with nuances of citrus and minerals, leading to a long and elegantly dry finish.

It is a champagne that stands out for its finesse and elegance, ideal for special occasions or as a refined accompaniment to dishes of equal caliber, such as salmon tartare or raw fish dishes. The limited production and meticulous care in vinification make each bottle a unique and valuable experience.

Winery history
Born into a family of winegrowers, Tristan Hyest took over the family estate in Trélou-sur-Marne and, after completing his studies in oenology, assumed management of the property. Over the years he has expanded the vineyard holdings and developed a range of cuvées that showcase the terroir of the Vallée de la Marne.
Production philosophy
Artisanal, vigneron-style production: careful attention to vineyard parcels, vineyard practices oriented toward respectful viticulture, and extended ageing on the lees with low or no dosage to emphasize the character of the terroir.
Terroir and vineyards
The estate operates in Trélou-sur-Marne, in the Marne Valley. Some cuvées originate from local lieux-dits such as Le Clos and Courcelles, with wines that reflect the character of the varied soils along the banks of the Marne.
