Refinement, complexity, and purity blend harmoniously in the Champagne Premier Cru Brut Cuvee by Alexandre Soutiran. This champagne stands out for its composition of predominantly Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, sourced from the renowned Premier Cru soils of the region. The winemaking process follows the centuries-old traditions of Champagne, with particular attention to fermentation in small containers, allowing the preservation of the original characteristics of the grapes.

The color is a brilliant golden with a very fine and persistent perlage, indicative of high quality and extended maturation. On the nose, the intense bouquet is characterized by notes of citrus, fresh bread, and a delicate mineral vein that imparts elegance and freshness. On the palate, this Cuvee reveals a balanced and harmonious structure, with a creaminess that envelops the tastebuds, accompanied by a lively acidity leading to a long and savory finish.

Perfect as an aperitif, the Champagne Premier Cru Brut Cuvee by Alexandre Soutiran pairs wonderfully with delicate appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, and can excel even with sushi thanks to its freshness and aromatic complexity.
Ideally served at a temperature of 8-10°C, it ensures a refined and unforgettable tasting experience.

Winery history
Soutiran is a family-run estate active for several generations in Ambonnay. The house's official narrative describes work passed down over time: Gérard Soutiran's estate was developed by Alain Soutiran and later promoted abroad by Valérie Soutiran; today production is carried out in partnership with cellar master Patrick Renaux. The maison's website reports international exhibition and commercial activity as early as the late 1980s and underscores the project's generational continuity.
Production philosophy
Artisanal approach and a pursuit of quality: the family favors winemaking choices that highlight the diversity of each cru. They work numerous small parcels, limit the use of chemical inputs and adopt responsible vineyard practices; in the cellar they use a variety of techniques and maintain reserves to preserve the maison's style.
Terroir and vineyards
Soutiran is based in Ambonnay, a Grand Cru village in the Montagne de Reims. Its vineyards lie on hills with chalky soils and varied exposures; the estate works numerous small vineyards that impart varied aromatic and mineral profiles, particularly to Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Awards and recognitions
