Il Crémant d’Alsace Paul-Edouard Extra Brut del Domaine Bott Geyl è un vino spumante che rappresenta al meglio l'eleganza e la tradizione della regione alsaziana. Prodotto con metodi rigorosi e una cura meticolosa, questo Crémant è ottenuto da un blend armonioso di uve selezionate, principalmente Pinot Blanc, Auxerrois e Pinot Noir.

Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, impreziosito da un perlage fine e persistente, indice di una fermentazione naturale e prolungata sui lieviti. Al naso, si percepiscono subito note fresche e delicate di agrumi, fiori bianchi e mela verde, accompagnate da sentori minerali e di lieviti che conferiscono complessità ed eleganza.

Al palato, il Crémant d’Alsace Paul-Edouard Extra Brut si rivela vivace e fresco, con una spiccata acidità che bilancia perfettamente le nuances fruttate e floreali. Winery history
Domaine Bott‑Geyl was born from the union of two local winemaking families and continues a family tradition active since the late 18th century. The domaine's modern management is led by Jean-Christophe Bott, who relaunched and expanded the business from the 1990s; the official website highlights the family's historical roots and the domaine's current presence on numerous crus in the area.
Production philosophy
