The "Spumante Millesimato Blanc De Blancs Extra Dry" by Bacio della Luna is an explosion of elegance and finesse, a sparkling wine that captures the essence of Italian wine tradition with a modern touch. This esteemed Blanc de Blancs, made exclusively from white grapes, particularly chardonnay, enjoys a vintage selection that guarantees the harvest from a single year, ensuring superior quality and a distinctive expression of the terroir.

With its straw-yellow color and brilliant reflections, this sparkling wine features a fine and persistent perlage that preludes a rich and complex olfactory experience. On the nose, sharp aromas of fresh fruit such as green apple and white peach are prominent, along with delicate floral notes and a subtle hint of bread crust, due to the long maturation on yeasts.

On the palate, the Bacio della Luna Blanc De Blancs Extra Dry surprises with its perfect balance between freshness and structure. The acidity is well balanced by the creaminess of the sip, with a slight sweetness from the residual sugar, which does not disturb but rather enhances the freshness of the white fruits and the aromatic complexity.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif or to accompany light starters, fish, and seafood. It is recommended to be served well chilled, between 6-8°C, to fully appreciate its quality and refinement.

The "Bacio della Luna" is more than just a simple sparkling wine; it is a tribute to the Italian sparkling wine tradition with a modern vision, perfect for celebrating special moments or making every toast unique.
