Lo Spumante Ribolla Gialla di Astoria è un esempio eccellente dell'arte spumantistica italiana. Prodotto con uve Ribolla Gialla, questo vino spumante si distingue per la sua freschezza e vivacità. Al naso, offre affascinanti aromi di fiori bianchi, agrumi e leggere note di crosta di pane, derivanti dal contatto con i lieviti durante la seconda fermentazione. Al palato, è caratterizzato da una vivace effervescenza, accompagnata da una piacevole acidità che dona freschezza e persistenza.

La Ribolla Gialla, un vitigno autoctono del Friuli Venezia Giulia, conferisce al vino una complessità aromatica unica, con note minerali che esaltano la purezza dei sentori fruttati. Winery history
Born from the local winemaking tradition and developed as a business enterprise since the late 20th century, Astoria is known for Tenuta Val del Brun and for its activity in the hills of the Prosecco di Conegliano-Valdobbiadene. The company was founded by the Polegato family and has progressively expanded its range while remaining attentive to the local area and to innovation in product and image.
