The Trento Brut DOC Millesimato Altemasi by Cavit is a distinguished example of a classical method sparkling wine, embodying the excellence and winemaking art of the Trentino region. Produced exclusively with selected Chardonnay grapes, the Millesimato Altemasi is a tribute to the richness of the mountainous terrains, which endow the wine with freshness, elegance, and aromatic complexity.

With bottle fermentation that follows rigorous quality standards, this sparkling wine matures on yeasts for at least 36 months, acquiring a refined and sophisticated bouquet that weaves notes of toasted bread, green apple, and delicate almond accents. The fine and persistent perlage further enhances the sensations of freshness and liveliness on the palate, making it an exemplary aperitif wine, yet versatile enough to pair with fish dishes or delicate appetizers.

Visually, the Trento Brut DOC Millesimato Altemasi presents a light straw-yellow color, golden reflections, and effervescence that dances in the glass, promising a stimulating and enjoyable tasting experience. The balanced structure and clean finish make it an ideal representative of the brut category, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates.

It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 6-8°C to fully appreciate all its nuances. A wine that speaks of the tradition and innovation of the Trentino region, presenting itself as an undisputed protagonist on every special occasion.
