Leblon Cachaça is a premium Brazilian distilled spirit distinguished by its artisanal production process and the quality of the ingredients used. Originating from the heart of the state of Minas Gerais, this cachaça is produced using only the freshest sugar cane, which is hand-harvested and pressed on the same day to maintain the freshness and natural aroma of the plant.
Once the juice is extracted, it is fermented and then distilled in copper pot stills, a method that helps preserve the delicate floral scents and citrus notes that characterize the final product. Leblon Cachaça is then aged in French oak barrels where it gains smoothness, complexity, and a subtle hint of vanilla that blends perfectly with the fresh, fruity character of the sugar cane.
