Rubicone Pinot Bianco is produced with grapes from vines located in the hilly areas of Cesena. A sip of very pleasant drink, which gives the nose an intense fruity scent, where the aromas of tropical fruits, apple and yellow flowers prevail.
This wine follows a controlled temperature fermentation, to finish with aging in steel. Straw yellow with greenish reflections in the glass, when tasted it stands out from the first sip for balance, a pleasant freshness and flavor.
An excellent white to serve on the table for aperitifs, in combination with fish-based first courses seasoned with light sauces, raw fish and white meats.
After an in-depth study, Cantina Montaia has chosen to dedicate a selection of its wines to some of the works of master Tonino Guerra. A a choice guided by the desire to combine quality, art and passion, with the intention of transmitting and spreading great added value through his masterpieces and, certainly, paying homage to a great man.
Shapes and colors, references to women and flowers, paintings that are born with the intention of telling and instilling the passion for his beloved land, to be savored and collected. Splendid works to be interpreted, one to celebrate each wine; which perhaps, after a good glass, will be able to be contemplated even better.
