The Etna Bianco DOC "La Gelsomina," produced by Tenute Orestiadi, is a wine that captivates connoisseurs with its refinement and complexity. This wine comes from the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna in Sicily, a region famously recognized for its unique and fertile land, enriched by millennia of volcanic activity.

"La Gelsomina" is a white wine characterized by its straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, typical of the native Sicilian grape varieties. The nose is immediately captured by an aromatic bouquet featuring notes of fresh white fruit such as peach and pear, combined with delicate floral hints of jasmine, from which the wine derives its name. On the palate, the balance between acidity and minerality is masterful, a direct reflection of the volcanic soil on which the vines grow. The sensations of freshness are accompanied by a slightly almond aftertaste, which makes each sip pleasantly persistent.

Thanks to its structure and freshness, "La Gelsomina" by Tenute Orestiadi pairs beautifully with fish dishes, such as seafood carpaccio or tuna tartare, but it is equally delicious with fresh cheeses or dishes made with white meats. Ideal also as an aperitif, this wine promises to enhance any occasion where it is served, bringing a touch of Sicilian elegance to the table.

It is a wine that not only tells the richness of the terroir from which it originates but also promises an unforgettable sensory experience for those seeking impeccable freshness combined with distinctive aromatic depth in a Sicilian white. Without a doubt, "La Gelsomina" Etna Bianco DOC is an excellent choice for those looking to explore the typicality and uniqueness of Etna's white wines.
