The Saumur Blanc Brut from Domaine des Sablonnieres is a pure and elegant expression of the Chenin Blanc grape, cultivated in the renowned lands of the Loire Valley in France. This sparkling wine offers a perfect balance of freshness and complexity, thanks to its maturation according to the traditional method, the same used in the production of Champagne.

With a pale yellow color and green reflections, the Saumur Blanc Brut reveals a delicate and persistent bouquet on the nose, with notes of white flowers, honey, and white-fleshed fruits, complemented by a light aroma of bread crust, resulting from its long period of aging on the lees. On the palate, this wine is fresh and vibrant, with good acidity that balances its creamy structure and promotes a persistent and pleasant mineral sensation at the end.

Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs splendidly with fish dishes, seafood, and light appetizers. It also enhances the tasting of fresh or goat cheeses. A true gem to celebrate special occasions or to add a touch of class to any convivial moment.
