Custoza DOC Castelnuovo - Cecilia Beretta is a white wine that embodies the spirit of the morainic hills of Lake Garda, one of the most renowned areas of Veneto. Made from a blend of typical local grape varieties such as Trebbiano di Soave, Garganega, and Cortese, this wine is characterized by its freshness and balanced aromatic profile. The aging process takes place mainly in steel, preserving the liveliness and fruity profile typical of the denomination. In the glass, it shows a bright straw yellow color, accompanied by aromas reminiscent of white flowers, green apple, and light mineral notes that recall the lake territory from which it comes. On the palate, it is fresh, savory, and harmonious, ideal to accompany fish dishes, light appetizers, and Mediterranean cuisine in general.
