Arrocco is a raisin wine from Romagna that fully represents the character of the Albana of Emilia Romagna. A difficult production since the success of a good final result depends on the "behavior" of the noble rot that develops in the vineyard. A product rich in complexity, vinified partly in barriques and partly in steel.
Of a golden yellow color to the eye, Arrocco offers the nose seductive iodized scents perfectly mixed with the aromas of dried flowers, apricot and candied citron, accompanied by notes of sweet spices and honey. The sip is soft and complex, with a very long and very satisfying finish.
A wine that is recommended to be paired with fruit and cream cakes, typical traditional desserts such as panettone and pandoro, as well as dry pastries and blue cheeses.
