In Piedmont, in Cuceglio in the province of Turin, a fresh Erbaluce is born, with vibrant acidity, which Tenuta Roletto adjusts with aging in the cellar. Thus it is transformed into an elegant wine, with calm tones, the mineral hints of flint tickle the nose, while the slender body denotes a pleasant taste.
The vineyards are cultivated on morainic, pebbly and acidic soil, trained in the Canavese pergola system with traditional pruning of the three fruiting heads, at an altitude of 370 m a.s.l. The harvest takes place in a medium-late period, with vinification in white and fermentation at a controlled temperature of 16°C; aging in steel on lees for 6 months.
At the sight it shows a straw yellow color, the nose offers fragrant fresh and mineral sensations, as well as vinous hints characteristic of the vine. In the mouth the taste is pleasantly dry and fresh.
A glass capable of satisfying the palate from the first sip, excellent in combination with fish-based dishes, vegetarian dishes and white meats.
