The Lambrusco Di Sorbara "Purezza" by Silvia Zucchi is a true celebration of the indigenous grape variety from Emilia-Romagna, masterfully packaged in a Magnum format that invites sharing the pleasure of tasting. This red sparkling wine, known for its vibrant acidity and surprisingly pleasant freshness, represents an authentic expression of the territory from which it originates.

With its light ruby red color and bright reflections, Silvia Zucchi has crafted a product distinguished by the fineness of its bubbles and aromatic persistence. On the nose, Lambrusco Di Sorbara "Purezza" exhibits a delicate bouquet of violet flowers, wild strawberries, and slightly citrus notes, immediately inviting a sip.

On the palate, its effervescence cleanses the palate, while the flavors of fresh red fruits and a slight herbaceous note provide a lively yet balanced drink. Its acidity is well balanced by a modest sugar presence, culminating in a fresh and clean finish.

This wine is ideal to serve with dishes from Emilia cuisine, such as smoked cured meats and fresh cheeses, but also versatile enough to accompany a variety of international dishes. Recommended for festive occasions, the Magnum format of "Purezza" ensures that every table shines with conviviality and style.

With her Lambrusco Di Sorbara "Purezza," Silvia Zucchi offers a modern and respectful interpretation of an ancient grape variety, creating an unforgettable experience for every wine enthusiast who appreciates tradition and innovation together.
