The Spumante Brachetto d'Acqui DOCG of Sanmaurizio is born in the enchanting territory of the hills of Piedmont, precisely in the area of Valle Belbo, the historic heart of winemaking where the Brachetto finds its highest expression. This wine comes from the homonymous native Brachetto grape, known for its intense and floral aromatic characteristics.

The winemaking method involves a sparkling process that preserves the sweetness and freshness typical of Brachetto d’Acqui, giving rise to an elegant and delicate product. On the nose, it opens with scents of wild rose, wild strawberries, and a hint of sweet spices, which are also found on the palate in a pleasant balance between sweetness and liveliness, supported by fine bubbles and fruity persistence.

Perfect as a companion to fruit- or chocolate-based desserts, it also pairs splendidly with delicate dishes, offering a light and refined sensory experience.
