Balanubi is obtained from late-harvested Malvasia grapes grown in particularly suitable areas, which perfectly represent the company's production philosophy, based on total respect for winemaking traditions, making the most of the typical Sicilian vines.
In the glass it shows itself in its bright gold colour. The olfactory profile seduces with hints of dried apricot and candied orange peel, with sweet aromas of barley candies and honey that mix perfectly with notes of iodine. In the mouth it is harmoniously sweet, well supported by acidity and flavor, with a long persistence that recalls caramel in the finish.
An excellent wine to drink alone at the end of a meal, but equally tasty with traditional Sicilian desserts such as cassata, cannoli and mostaccioli, it is perfect with ricotta tarts and all dry pastries.
