Zibibbo is a very ancient vine characterized by a very aromatic berry, belonging to the Moscati family. Before harvesting, the grapes are left to overripe on the plant, so that the sun completely dries the water inside the grape. The residual sugar left over from the wine will give life to a sweet nectar that is very pleasant on the palate.
It shows off an antique gold color to the eye, while intense hints of apricot jam and prickly pears arrive on the nose mixed with aromas of orange blossom honey and dried flowers, on an iodized base. The sip is in perfect harmony between sweetness and acidity.
Perfect to be savored on its own, it is also recommended to combine it with ricotta or jam tarts and above all with blue or aged cheeses.
