A Romagna DOC Sangiovese harvested manually, produced from vineyards located in the splendid hills of Brisighella, in the first Tuscan-Romagnolo Apennines. Fermentation in steel and aging in bottle for at least 3 months.
Shows a lively ruby red colour. The olfactory profile offers hints of red fruits, cherry, dog rose and plum. In the mouth the taste is perceived fresh and balanced.
A rustic Sangiovese perfect for daily meals which, with its perfect balance between soft tannins and acidity, tells the agricultural tradition of Romagna.
