The Spumante Lambrusco "Pjcol Ross" from the Rinaldini Agricultural Company is a lively and sparkling expression of Lambrusco, an indigenous Emilian grape variety that has won over wine enthusiasts all over the world. This sparkling wine represents the fusion between tradition and innovation, distinctive characteristics of the Rinaldini Agricultural Company, located in the heart of Emilia-Romagna, a region known for its rich food and wine offer.

"Pjcol Ross" is produced using the long Charmat method, which involves a second fermentation in an autoclave to maintain the primary aromas of the grape variety and obtain a fine and persistent bubble. This process enhances the freshness and expressiveness of Lambrusco, offering a highly pleasant and drinkable sparkling wine.

At sight, the sparkling wine has a brilliant ruby red color, with a lively foam and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose, "Pjcol Ross" reveals a fruity and floral bouquet, with dominant notes of red fruits such as strawberry, raspberry and cherry, accompanied by floral nuances and a light spicy note, which add complexity and invitingness to the olfactory profile.

In the mouth, the wine expresses all its freshness and liveliness, with a pleasant acidity that balances the natural sweetness of Lambrusco and supports a balanced structure. The finely integrated bubbles contribute to a sensation of freshness and cleanliness, leading to a fruity and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with typical dishes of Emilian cuisine, such as cured meats, piadine, tortellini in broth and lasagne, the Spumante Lambrusco "Pjcol Ross" from the Rinaldini Agricultural Company is an excellent choice for those who want to explore the versatility of Lambrusco in a sparkling key, capable of accompanying convivial moments with joy and lightness.
