The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Rive Di Farro DOCG Extra Brut Particella 232, produced by the renowned Sorelle Bronca winery, is a sublime expression of the Valdobbiadene region. Distinguished by its elegant and refined character, this sparkling wine is made from a careful selection of Glera grapes from parcel 232, a particularly esteemed area of the region.

The Extra Brut method imparts this prosecco with an extremely fresh palate and a lower perception of sweetness, highlighting instead the natural aromatic qualities of the grape variety. On the nose, it opens with delicate aromas of green apple, pear, and floral nuances, while on the palate, it offers a balanced structure enriched by a lively acidity and persistent minerality.

Ideal as an aperitif, the Prosecco Valdobbiadene Rive Di Farro DOCG Extra Brut Particella 232 pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish or seafood dishes, enhancing the freshness of the food with its vivacity. Its elegance and finesse also make it perfect for celebrating special occasions, proving itself to be a true gem of Valdobbiadene's winemaking.
