Il Prosecco di Conegliano e Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry di Bolla è un esempio raffinato di eccellenza vinicola veneta. Questo spumante, prodotto secondo il metodo Charmat, esalta la freschezza e la fragranza tipiche delle uve Glera, varietà autoctona della zona. Alla vista si presenta con un colore giallo paglierino brillante, accompagnato da un perlage fine e persistente, indice di una fermentazione accurata.

Al naso, i profumi sono intensi e complessi, con note di mela verde, pera, e delicati sentori floreali di fiori bianchi e acacia, che si intrecciano armoniosamente con sfumature di agrumi. Al palato, il Prosecco di Bolla offre un gusto equilibrato e armonico, con una dolcezza leggera ed una piacevole acidità che conferisce freschezza e vivacità. Il finale è lungo, con una sensazione di morbidezza che invita al secondo sorso.

Winery history
Founded in 1883 in Soave by the Bolla family, the winery expanded over the following decades, extending production from Soave white wines to the great reds of Valpolicella. Over time the brand has become an international reference for wines from Veneto. The winery joined Gruppo Italiano Vini in the 2000s.
