Galìe is produced with 100% Glera grapes, coming from vines grown on medium-textured stony soil, at an altitude of 150/200 m a.s.l. The harvest is done manually in September; arrived in the cellar, the berries undergo a soft pressing and static decantation of the must. Selected autochthonous yeasts are added for a primary fermentation in stainless steel at 18 ° C. The new wine is left on the “noble lees” for a month, and subsequently filtered and racked into autoclaves for the second fermentation. The refermentation, always with selected yeasts, takes place at 18 ° C for a duration of about 20/25 days, with 5/10 days of aging on the lees and rest in the bottle for a few weeks.

Galìe is a classic for aperitifs, with an extra pinch of elegance. A Prosecco that falls within the DOC Treviso, one of the categories most appreciated by enthusiasts and experts.

In the glass it shows off a beautiful clear and brilliant straw yellow color, when poured it develops a rich persistent foam, with a fine and continuous perlage. The nose expresses elegant and fruity aromas, extremely fresh and aromatic. In the mouth the taste is characteristic for its type, with a slight acidity that makes it very refreshing and pleasant, and a prevalence of notes of white fruit and citrus.

A harmonious sparkling wine, characterized by a slight sweetness; as well as being perfect as an aperitif, it is excellent with delicate first courses and spring risottos.
