La Falanghina Cuvée Brut Spumante di Masseria Capoforte è una bollicina che incarna l'eleganza e la vivacità di uno dei vitigni più amati del Sud Italia. Nonostante l'etichetta danneggiata, la qualità e la raffinatezza del vino restano intatte. Alla vista, presenta un bel colore giallo paglierino chiaro con riflessi verdognoli e un perlage fine e persistente. Al naso, si apre con un bouquet aromatico che spazia dai sentori di frutta a polpa bianca come mela e pera, a delicate note floreali di glicine e biancospino.

In bocca, questo spumante si contraddistingue per la sua freschezza e vivacità, grazie a un’acidità ben presente ma equilibrata, che rende ogni sorso piacevole e rinvigorente. Il gusto è fruttato e pulito, con un finale lungo e minerale che invita a un nuovo sorso.
