The Novebolle Romagna DOC by Bolè is an excellent sparkling wine that captures the essence of Romagna, a region renowned for its rich winemaking tradition. Produced using the Charmat method, this sparkling wine offers wonderful freshness, maintaining a delightful balance between elegance and intensity.

Visually, the Novebolle displays a bright straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, coupled with a fine and persistent perlage that immediately invites tasting. On the nose, it features fruity and floral notes, with accents of green apple, white peach, and subtle traces of wisteria and rose. This aromatic bouquet is made even more intriguing by a slight note of fresh bread, adding a complexity that stimulates the palate.

On the palate, the Novebolle shows extraordinary harmony with a crisp freshness that balances the acidity well. Its structure is soft yet persistent, with an aftertaste that returns to the initial olfactory sensations, leaving a pleasant feeling of cleanliness and refreshment.

This sparkling wine is ideal as an aperitif and pairs beautifully with light dishes such as fish appetizers, salmon tartare, or even with selections of fresh and fruity cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for celebrating special occasions or simply adding a touch of elegance to everyday moments.

The Novebolle Romagna DOC by Bolè is an authentic expression of the Romagna terroir, continuing to enchant with its freshness and vivacity, making it appreciated by both novices and expert sommeliers.
