Dama Bianca is a white IPA with an enveloping taste; unites Belgium and America in the name of drinking well! A top-fermented, unfiltered beer with a typically bitter taste, characteristics of a blonde rich in various aromas that blend into an engaging taste!
In the bowl it has a brilliant golden yellow color and a white, rather persistent, very fine and compact foam. Intriguing floral hints of broom and chamomile flowers, fruity notes of mango and fresher aromas of mandarin arrive on the nose. The taste is very pleasant and typically bitter like any self-respecting IPA, with consistent aromatic returns that bring to mind fruit; long persistence and characterized by a particular nuance of white pepper.
An excellent beer to drink at any time of the day; however, we recommend pairing it with medium-aged cheeses, white meats, shellfish, and absolutely worth trying with bread and omelettes!
