The Pecorino grapes are grown on medium-textured clayey soil and are usually harvested early. The vinification involves soft pressing of the grapes followed by assembly in stainless steel tanks, maturation and aging always in steel.
The wine has a brilliant straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The scent is intense and fragrant, punctuated by notes of aromatic herbs such as mint, thyme and fruity and floral aromas. The sip is a perfect balance between freshness and depth, with an exaggerated flavor on the finish.
The Bag in Box is a practical and safe container that keeps the wine vacuum-packed, even after opening, the remaining product will not undergo oxidation or contamination preserving its unchanged qualities for about 4-5 weeks. A wine that is recommended to be consumed within the year following that of production in order to better enjoy its organoleptic characteristics.
Excellent to accompany fish-based dishes, white meats and cheeses.
