Primitivo is an iconic Apulian grape variety that gives rise to a warm and structured red wine that is difficult not to be appreciated by almost all palates. The soil where the Primitivo grapes grow is clayey and fertile, characteristics from which soft wines with good acidity are born.

In an intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, Primitivo Codici offers ample aromas of red fruit and spices to the nose. From the first sip it is a well-structured glass, with a fruit perfectly balanced by tannins, where aromas of jam, berries and spices are the masters. The finish is pure enjoyment for the taste buds, seduced by a soft and persistent taste that we cannot reveal to you.

Excellent to accompany dishes based on red meats, roasts and tasty cheeses such as caciocavallo or pecorino.
