An Apulian rosé wine made from Primitivo grapes grown in the vineyards located in the municipalities of Manduria and Sava, in the province of Taranto, with a specific technique that allows only a small percentage of color to be extracted from the red berries. The Primitivo vines are raised with the Apulian sapling system, and the grapes are harvested in the early hours of dawn. In the cellar, the grapes are crushed and then subjected to a short cold maceration of 5-6 hours, then softly pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 15-16°C. The refinement takes place for 3 months in steel and the following 2 in the bottle before being put on the market.
It sports a beautiful deep pink color with purple highlights. The olfactory profile is fragrant and characterized by fruity scents that strike the senses among which the notes of wild berries stand out. The sip flows harmonious and round, conquering the palate.
An excellent rosé wine recommended with appetizers, perfect with soups and to try with white meats and fresh cheeses.
