The Vdf Blanc Sec Vain de Rû 1202 from Domaine Dominique Andiran is a label that sincerely expresses the terroir from which it originates. This dry white wine stands out for its lively acidity and freshness, making it particularly enjoyable on the palate. Produced in France, the Dominique Andiran winery is committed to respecting the environment through organic viticulture practices, avoiding the use of synthetic chemicals both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

The Vain de Rû 1202 cuvée is primarily composed of native grapes, giving it a unique and distinctive character. On the nose, it opens with notes of ripe white fruits, hints of white flowers, and a slight minerality reminiscent of flint. On the palate, the wine is balanced, with a beautiful structure that balances the acidic freshness with aromatic complexity.

Ideal as an aperitif, this wine pairs wonderfully with fish dishes, seafood, and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 8-10°C to fully enjoy its range of flavors. The Vdf Blanc Sec Vain de Rû 1202 is a pure expression of Domaine Dominique Andiran's passion for authentic and expressive wines.

Organic production and a minimal approach in the winery. Based in Montréal‑du‑Gers in the Gers. Notable cuvées: Vain de Rû, Chut, Le Ruminant des Vignes, Montis Régalis. Style: wines often oxidative or unconventional, some aged under flor or with extended time in oak. Distributed by various retailers and platforms specializing in natural wines.
Winery history
Dominique Andiran, self-taught and formerly a ski and sailing instructor, settled in Montréal-du-Gers to pursue his own winemaking project. He is known for having long adopted organic viticulture and for producing wines that do not conform to AOC standards, often labeled Vin de France. Various sources indicate that he has gradually built a small portfolio of cuvées recognizable for their character and for unconventional winemaking techniques.
Production philosophy
Organic farming practices and a low‑intervention approach in the cellar: the goal is to achieve healthy grapes and to allow the expression of the fruit and the terroir through minimal interventions in winemaking; at times oxidative techniques and aging methods outside traditional conventions are employed.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in Montréal‑du‑Gers, in the heart of the Pays d'Armagnac. The wines are produced outside the traditional regulations of the Côtes de Gascogne and are often marketed as Vin de France.
