The Lambrusco Grasparossa di Castelvetro DOC Amabile - Centenario by Cleto Chiarli is a sparkling red wine that celebrates the rich heritage and winemaking tradition of Emilia-Romagna. This particular Lambrusco is part of the "Centenario" line, launched to commemorate 100 years of history of Cleto Chiarli winery, one of the oldest and most esteemed producers of Lambrusco.

Exclusively made from Grasparossa grapes cultivated in the fertile lands surrounding Castelvetro, this wine stands out for its liveliness and pleasing character. The Grasparossa grape is known for producing wines with an intensely ruby-red color and a persistent, violet-hued foam when poured into the glass.

This Amabile Lambrusco's aromatic profile is rich with fruity notes, highlighted by sensations of blackberry, cherry, and wild berries, enhanced by delicate floral touches and a light spiciness. On the palate, the wine offers a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, making it pleasantly fresh and drinkable. The finish features a pleasant aromatic persistence that invites another sip.

Traditionally, this Lambrusco pairs perfectly with typical dishes of the Emilia cuisine, such as cured meats, aged cheeses, and meat dishes. It is also excellent as an aperitif wine or to accompany lightly spiced dishes.

Serve chilled, ideally between 8-10 °C, to fully appreciate its exuberance and freshness, making it an ideal companion for convivial occasions and celebrations.
