The Moscato d'Asti DOCG of Cesare Pavese, coming from the picturesque hilly area of the Langhe in Piedmont, best expresses the typicality of the Moscato Bianco grape. This sweet and aromatic wine is distinguished by its freshness and lightness, qualities obtained through a vinification that preserves the delicate floral and fruity notes typical of the grape. The production method limits fermentation, maintaining a balanced residual sugar and a slight effervescence, which give the Moscato d'Asti a lively and enveloping finish.

On the nose, intense scents of white peach, orange blossoms, and honey emerge, while on the palate it surprises with its delicate sweetness balanced by a lively acidity. Ideal as a dessert wine, it pairs perfectly with fruit-based sweets, dry pastries, or as a refreshing companion during hot summer days. An authentic tribute to Piedmont's wine tradition.
