A refined bubble obtained from a blend of Pinot Noir grapes vinified in rosé and Chardonnay. The vineyards are grown on the land owned by Antica Fratta on the hills of Monticelli Brusati, on calcareous and clayey soil of morainic origin. The perfectly ripe grapes are harvested manually between mid-August and early September, then transported to the cellar for vinification. A long work gives the possibility to extract the best aromas from the grapes, keeping their freshness intact. The vinification involves a maturation of more than 42 months on its lees, disgorgement and rest for another 4 or 5 months for the second fermentation in the large cellar dug into the rock.
It has a beautiful soft pink color with reflections tending towards salmon, the perlage is fine and persistent, and the foam is creamy and abundant. Intense fruity aromas of small red fruits arrive on the nose. The sip is structured, full-bodied, intense and fragrant, persistent, balanced and vinous.
A perfect Franciacorta throughout the meal, especially with first courses, tasty meat and fish dishes. Also excellent in combination with cold cuts and cheeses, ideal with sushi.
