A Grappa dedicated to Gaiarine, the place where the historic headquarters of the Bonaventura Maschio distillery was born. For the Bonaventura Maschio family, distillation is a rite handed down from generation to generation that follows simple and traditional recipes, which nevertheless still remain current today with the passage of time.
A distillate produced with marcs of rigorously selected white grapes and processed according to the traditional method, and which follows a period of aging in wooden barrels before being bottled; this gives Grappa Gaiarine a natural vivacity and an absolutely typical roundness of taste that is very pleasant on the palate.
With a crystalline color, Grappa Gaiarine Prosecco is an excellent glass to savour at the end of a meal, but also an excellent meditation distillate to sip in total relaxation.
