Let yourself be seduced by the elegance and refinement of the Fulvio Beo Rosè Spumante Metodo Classico Brut from Cà Rugate, a renowned name in Italian wine production. This exclusive Magnum edition, presented in a wooden case, represents a perfect balance between tradition and innovation.

Produced in the famous vineyards near Verona, this rosé sparkling wine is the result of a meticulous selection of grapes, followed by a rigorous winemaking process that respects the traditional classic method. The rosé sparkling wines from Cà Rugate are known for their ability to blend freshness and complexity through the use of native grapes.

The color is a delicate salmon pink with fine and persistent bubbles, a true joy for the eyes. On the nose, the Fulvio Beo Rosè reveals an aromatic bouquet that integrates scents of small red fruits, hints of yeast, and a slight hint of spices, derived from its maturation in the bottle. On the palate, the experience is lively yet balanced, with fresh acidity that harmoniously blends with a delicate creamy structure.

Ideal as an aperitif, this sparkling wine is also a perfect companion for dishes based on fish, seafood, or as a surprising pairing with less sweet desserts. The Magnum format makes it an ideal option for special celebrations, ensuring that each toast is memorable for its style and quality.

We recommend serving the Fulvio Beo Rosè at a temperature of 6-8°C to fully appreciate its complexity and freshness. With its presentation in a wooden case, it becomes a perfect gift for any wine enthusiast or a distinct element for your own cellar.

Winery history
The Tessari family has been cultivating vineyards in the area for over a century; the Ca' Rugate label first appeared on bottles in 1986. In 2001 Michele Tessari, the fourth generation of the family, launched a project to reorganize the estate and expand the vineyards, and the new winery in Montecchia di Crosara was inaugurated in 2002. Over the years the estate has developed wine‑tourism activities and created a wine museum to tell the family's agricultural history.
Production philosophy
Quality that begins in the vineyard is a priority: sustainable management and low-impact practices to enhance native varieties and the expression of the terroir. Since 2004 the estate has adopted more sustainable agronomic methods and demonstrates a commitment to traceability and preserving the local character. Since 2013 it has been part of Indipendenti del Soave.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are situated on the hills of Val d'Alpone and on land well suited to Soave Classico, Valpolicella and Lessini Durello. The soils have a volcanic and calcareous‑basaltic composition typical of the Soave area; some parcels lie on ridges and terraces with steep slopes and average elevations of around 400–450 meters above sea level.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international awards, including several 'Tre Bicchieri' from the Gambero Rosso guide for the winery's wines, and medals/recognitions at international competitions also dedicated to mountain and heroic wines.
