Citrus and floral notes, with a strong and savory taste. Between one sip and another it knows how to enchant.

Produced through a white vinification, with a soft squeezing not too aggressive and a fermentation in purity. Subsequently, a second fermentation is carried out and natural fermentation in an autoclave for about 50 days at a controlled temperature. This then leads the wine to a greater structure and body.

With a classic straw yellow color and greenish reflections, as soon as it is poured it is characterized by a bright and lively foam.

Fruity, with distinct hints of the sweetest goldel apple, white peach and hints of cedar. On the palate it is decisive and savory with an excellent persistent and harmonious acid-tannic balance.
