PAIRING Aperitif - Fish

An extraordinary Cuvée born to celebrate the year 1926, when the first bottle of Valdo Spumanti was produced. An Extra Dry Prosecco in honor of the history of a prestigious winery, extremely important for the denomination. A Charmat Method with rest on the lees for 5 months and refinement in the bottle for a further 3.

In the glass it shows a straw yellow color with greenish reflections, with a fine perlage. The olfactory profile includes floral and fruity expressions, where the green apple stands out. The sip is persistent, fragrant, harmonious and lively, with a sweet finish that makes it an ideal bubble for any moment of the day.

An elegant and refined glass, excellent as an aperitif which, however, goes very well with appetizers and delicate preparations, especially those based on fish.
