This unique interpretation of Cabernet Sauvignon, coming from the vineyard of the same name, is an eloquent illustration of how this grape variety is shaped by the territory.

The production of this wine involves a manual selection of the bunches before destemming, as well as an optical selection of the berries. The fermentation is spontaneous, without the use of added yeasts, and the maceration is followed by frequent punching down. Everything takes place in truncated cone-shaped steel vats at a controlled temperature for a period of 18 days.

The wine, of a young and intense red colour, displays an expressive and broad olfactory profile with rich notes of dark fruit that intertwine elegantly with liquorice and currants. In the mouth, it presents itself as a rich, full-bodied and enveloping wine, characterized by velvety tannins that reflect the generosity of the 2019 vintage. The finish is enveloping, with a good acidity that excellently balances the robust structure of this vintage.
