The Rosso Rubicone IGT BIO di Vivi, in Magnum format, is an authentic expression of the Romagna territory, where the mild climate and clay-limestone soils confer elegance and structure to the wines. This organic wine is born from carefully selected indigenous grape varieties, cultivated without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, respecting the environment and the natural cycle of the vine.

Its aromatic profile is enveloping, with scents of ripe red fruits and light spicy notes intertwined with soft and well-balanced tannins. Aging in wooden barrels enhances complexity and persistence, offering a pleasantly harmonious and rounded sip.

Ideal paired with red meats, mushroom-based dishes, and semi-aged cheeses, this Rosso Rubicone BIO is a refined choice that celebrates the tradition and sustainability of San Valentino. The Magnum version enhances the conviviality typical of special occasions.

Since the late 2000s the estate has adopted natural/organic vineyard practices and has progressively reorganized production, focusing on a few selected varieties and distinctive product ranges.
Production philosophy
Production focused on respect for the land and the vine, employing organic practices in the vineyard and aiming to produce wines that reflect the character of the grapes and the local microclimate. The winery clearly prioritizes vineyard quality as the starting point for its wines.
