Augustus is a red wine, produced with Sangiovese grapes, powerful and structured. When poured, it has a dark and impenetrable ruby red colour. The olfactory profile denotes an intense aroma, characterized by fruity hints of cherries in alcohol and blackberries, finely mixed with hints of withered flowers. An important sip with powerful tannins, good freshness and a balsamic finish with good persistence.
A pleasant and satisfying red wine, able to perfectly accompany large grilled meat dishes such as Florentine steak, sliced beef and veal fillet.
