The Vermentino Costa Toscana IGT BIO from Tenuta Le Colonne is a true enological gem, fully cultivated according to organic methods in the splendid setting of the Tuscan coast. This white wine stands out for its fresh and lively aromatic profile, typically Mediterranean, reflecting the essence of the sandy soils and the marine microclimate from which it originates.

On the nose, Vermentino Costa Toscana IGT BIO reveals intense notes of citrus, particularly lemon and bergamot, and subtle floral nuances of hawthorn and orange blossoms. This olfactory bouquet is enriched with hints of aromatic herbs such as rosemary and sage, evoking the Mediterranean scrub that surrounds the vineyards.

On the palate, the wine offers surprising freshness, with balanced acidity that makes it pleasantly easy to drink and ideal for accompanying fish dishes, seafood, and light appetizers. The texture is crisp and clean, while the finish is persistent and aromatic, leaving a pleasant sensation of minerality and purity.

Tenuta Le Colonne, with its commitment to organic farming, ensures that Vermentino Costa Toscana IGT BIO is produced without the use of artificial chemicals in the vineyard, thus preserving the integrity and health of the soil and those who enjoy their exquisite wine.

The limited production and artisanal care employed at every stage of the production process make this Vermentino an authentic expression of the Tuscan territory, making it a precious addition to any wine collection or gourmet table that wishes to be enhanced with authentic and naturally refined flavors.
