In the company philosophy it is the wine with a quick and ready drink, the archetype of everyday wine.
The harvest takes place in the second and third decade of September. Subsequently the grapes are fermented in thermo-controlled tanks for 10 days and then refined in steel barrels for 8-10 months. Filtration is not used.
a colored chalice deep ruby red and well defined. On the nose it is characterized by a fruity aroma that evokes blackberry on the finish.
A well-balanced red with great freshness. A wine capable of satisfying all palates and giving a pleasant and refined taste for a long time. Wonderful combination with meat and cheese dishes.
