The Chiaretto di Bardolino DOC Classico by La Canestraia is an elegant rosé wine produced on the Veronese hills, in the historic Bardolino Classico area. Made mainly from the Corvina grape variety, with small percentages of Rondinella and Molinara, this Chiaretto expresses a vibrant freshness and a delicate olfactory complexity. The fruity and floral character blends with a pleasant liveliness, typical of the lake terroir and the breeze of Lake Garda.

The white vinification process, with brief skin contact at controlled temperature, enhances the aromas of strawberry, cherry, and rose petals, while the well-balanced acidity gives a smooth and harmonious drinkability. The maturation takes place exclusively in steel, thus preserving freshness and aromatic purity.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, light appetizers, and summer salads, this Chiaretto is the ideal companion for those looking for a versatile and characterful rosé, able to tell the magic of the Bardolino territory.
