Summa - Literally means the "highest part". With this wine the company wants to express its strength through a selection of grapes.
The grapes that make up this wine, such as Garganera, Trebiano, Cortese and Riesling, are fermented together to fully express the character of the territory. The fermentation then takes place cold, with a long stop on the natural yeasts. Subsequently follows an aging in steel only and then bottled.
The result is an intense yellow, with Mediterranean aromas and a bouquet of peach and ripe fruit, with slight hints of vanilla.
On the other hand, it is broad on the palate, with tropical yellow fruit and savory notes.
