Bassano 24 Carati is one of the spearheads of the Poli Distillery. It is produced following a method of artisanal distillation through the use of copper alembic with discontinuous cycle steam boilers. A barricaded grappa that ages for many years in oak barrels, in the underground cellars of the Poli Distilleries.

A distillate with a pale amber color, characterized by a somewhat particular flavor that recalls a tray of cream puffs surrounded by cashew nuts. An amazing end of meal to sip in the company of friends or relatives that will certainly satisfy you.
