The most important vine of Oltrepò Pavese is undoubtedly Pinot Noir: a special grape, which has always lends itself very well to sparkling wine, like this particular version of the Martinotti method.
A sparkling wine that offers a nice ease of drinking, flanked very well by really well crafted bubbles. The grapes undergo a soft pressing, are then fermented at a controlled temperature with selected yeasts and refermented in an autoclave, where they rest on their lees for a minimum of 6 months.
In the glass it shows off a brilliant straw yellow color, with a fine and long-lasting perlage. On the nose there are delicious hints of yeast and bread crust accompanied by citrus and fruity aromas of exotic fruit. On the palate it is extremely fine, fresh and slightly full-bodied, with a good persistence on the finish.
An excellent goblet to drink on special occasions, to amaze and satisfy the palate of your guests in the best possible way.
