The Teroldego di Novello, produced by the renowned Zeni winery, is one of the most authentic and characteristic specimens of Trentino viticulture. Its intense and deep color, a ruby red almost black, already hints at the richness that will be found on the palate. Teroldego grapes, typical of the Trentino-Alto Adige region, find in this area an ideal habitat that enhances their typicality and aromatic intensity.

On the nose, this wine expresses a range of aromas that go from ripe forest fruits, such as blackberry and blueberry, to spicy notes of black pepper and a slight herbaceous streak, typical of the variety. A brief aging in wood adds complexity to the bouquet, introducing slightly toasted and vanilla accents that harmoniously blend with the fruit.

In the mouth, the Teroldego di Novello impresses with its balance and structure. The attack is vigorous, supported by good acidity that keeps the wine lively and inviting. The tannins are present but well-polished, making the tasting pleasant and satisfying. The finish is persistent, with an aftertaste that recalls the spices and black fruit.

Ideal for pairing with grilled red meat, game, or aged cheeses, this wine is an excellent choice for those who wish to explore the typicality and quality of Teroldego in a version that enhances freshness and drinkability. Serve at a temperature of about 16-18°C to appreciate all its nuances. A true discovery for palates in search of wines with a strong territorial identity.
