A Valpolicella obtained with the traditional technique of Ripasso on the pomace of Amarone. The refinement takes place in Slavonian oak barrels for a period of about 9 months; this gives the wine a great extractive richness, with further taste-olfactory complexity.
In the glass it has a full and intense ruby red colour. Fruity and delicately spiced aromas arrive on the nose, where ripe cherries prevail. The sip is rich and characterized by a warm taste supported by an important fresh-savory structure.
A red wine with a great personality, pleasant, soft and generous that goes perfectly with first courses with meat sauce, roasted and stewed red and white meats.
