The Pigato Riviera Ligure di Ponente DOC produced by Durin represents a hallmark of Ligurian oenology, a coastal region known for its spectacular natural beauty and the production of unique wines. This white wine is made exclusively from Pigato grapes, a native vine that finds its ideal terroir in the Riviera Ligure di Ponente, thanks to the influence of the maritime climate and the particular composition of its soils.

Durin's Pigato is distinguished by its straw-yellow color with golden reflections, which anticipates the olfactory and taste complexity of the wine. On the nose, it offers an intense and persistent aromatic bouquet, with distinctive notes of white flowers, citrus, aromatic herbs, and a light minerality, reflecting the proximity of the vineyards to the sea.

On the palate, the Pigato demonstrates excellent freshness and a balanced structure, characterized by a pleasant acidity and flavors that echo the olfactory sensations: fresh citrus, herbal notes, and a subtle mineral vein that make it particularly inviting and drinkable. This wine has a good persistence, leaving a pleasantly clean and refreshing aftertaste.

Perfect as an aperitif, Durin's Pigato is also an excellent companion to fish dishes, whether grilled or in sauce, seafood, or traditional Ligurian cuisine such as vegetable pie or farinata. Its versatility also makes it ideal with international dishes that require a white wine with character and freshness.

Serve chilled, preferably between 8 and 10 °C, to best appreciate all its organoleptic nuances. The bottle features an elegant and understated design that highlights its belonging to a wine region of charm and tradition.
