The Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato of Cantina La Farra comes from vineyards cultivated in the high hills of Farra di Soligo, San Pietro di Feletto, Solighetto and Farrò, on clayey-limestone composition soils, located at an altitude of 180-350 above sea level, bred with the "Double Upside Down" and Sylvoz system.

The white vinification begins with a soft pressing, slow fermentation at a controlled temperature for about 15 days, and subsequent refinement in controlled steel for a minimum of 3 months. The sparkling process takes place according to the Charmat method, with second fermentation in an autoclave for about 25-30 days at 16-18°C, followed by refinement, again in an autoclave, for 2 or 3 months.

Its straw yellow color with brilliant reflections and very fine perlage can be admired in the glass. On the nose it gives off an elegant and fresh bouquet punctuated by fruity aromas of apple and peach, followed by hints of acacia flowers. The sip is velvety and harmonious, with good roundness and dry in the finish.

It is recommended to taste it as an aperitif or in combination with fish-based dishes and light appetizers.
