The Moscato d'Asti DOCG "Collezione 56" produced by the Vallebelbo winery, located in the renowned Canelli region, is a sweet and sparkling wine that enchants with its lightness and distinctive aromatic profile. This wine represents one of the most authentic and refined expressions of the Moscato Bianco grape variety, carefully selected from the Asti hills, famous for their calcareous soil that imparts unique mineral notes to the wine.

The "Collezione 56" of Vallebelbo stands out for its straw-yellow color with bright reflections. On the nose, the Moscato d'Asti reveals an intense and persistent bouquet, featuring notes of acacia, white peach, and delicate citrus hints. Delving into the tasting experience, accents of sage and rosemary further enrich its aromatic profile.

On the palate, the wine is exquisitely sweet but never overwhelming, maintaining a freshness and lightness thanks to its pleasant effervescence. The balance between acidity and sweetness is masterfully managed, leading to a clean and persistently aromatic finish.

Ideal as an aperitif or paired with fine pastries, fresh fruit, or blue cheeses, the Moscato d'Asti "Collezione 56" from Vallebelbo is an excellent choice for those who appreciate sweet wines that retain elegance and liveliness. Served chilled, it proves to be an exceptional companion for celebrating special moments or for concluding a pleasant dinner with a touch of sweetness.
